WELCOME FROM LINDSAY GLASS

Welcome August!

As your summer vacation sadly unwinds and your kids are returning back to school (or husband- many of you know that my husband, Bryan, is a high school teacher and basketball coach), you are probably gearing up for fall for both your life and your business. Traditionally, fall is the busiest business time of the year, so, as fall (my favorite time of the year) approaches I wish you much success and as always, if we can ever be of assistance with your web needs… don’t hesitate to ask!

Below are some of the upcoming things Dicks Nanton & Glass has going on. Don’t forget to take a look at our featured client spotlight - Mr. Prepared- he brings awareness
to preparedness! Take a look at what he has to offer.

FEATURED CLIENT PROFILE

Larry Frank
Mr. Prepared

Mr. Prepared started preparing for everything at a young age. In his late teens, he created his own “Emergency Card™” in case he was in an accident, which he still updates to this day. Mr. Prepared worked for Ford Motor Company for 30 years and then began buying houses and fixing them for higher resale with his family. All the while staying prepared for anything. He created the Mr. Prepared website to offer information regarding emergency and disaster preparedness. Mr. Prepared and his family want to teach people how to take better safety precautions and be prepared for anything!

Lindsay's Favorite Tip to Improve Your Business This Month

Looking for a quick way to jump-start your website traffic?

Write a press release about something happening in your business. Keep in mind that on the web you're not necessarily looking for something that will get you on Oprah- just write something going on in your business currently- a new promotion, a new speaking gig, a new product launch, etc. Highlight 1-4 items a month and write up a press release on each.

Once you've got it written syndicate it online (we like www.prlog.org) and watch the traffic start coming in!

Success Stories

“First off, I want to thank you and congratulate you. This was the best experience we’ve had in getting a website up and running. I can’t tell you how I’ve dreaded dealing with other companies in the past because they have never delivered as promised. You have done everything you’ve promised to do when you promised to do it and have put together a site that has surprised me with how well it’s been done. Everything that I’ve seen on the site as I reviewed it is super and I’m as pleased as I can be. Thanks again for your hard work and I look forward to a long relationship. Nobody will ever touch our company websites again except for you. Best wishes.”

Thanks DNG! With your help we just got picked up on a worldwide site for our music buffet option. They even put it on the front page of their site as a “breakthrough”! Our site, art and design looks fantastic. Well done! We couldn’t do it without you!”
