Buffer to the Rescue!
Buffer. We can’t get enough of it. For many years, Buffer has led the way in allowing us to quickly get information out to our social media channels. Buffer takes takes the guesswork out of trying to figure where and HOW to post to several websites simultaneously. Our clients are continuously impressed with our ability to share their content and important messages and we wouldn’t be able to do it without Hootsuite and Buffer. We recently came across an article that discussed the little-known features about Buffer. Little known is right because we had no idea about many of these features. If it were possible to fall in love with Buffer again, we have done so. Check out some of our favorite findings.
- Did you know that you can reorder the positions of your profiles? While it may sound unimpressive, we found this feature to be particularly useful when needing to get to one client’s particular profile multiple times during scheduling.
- Buffer has a Chrome extension. Chrome lovers everywhere, rejoice! If you’re like us and enjoy using Google’s browser and Buffer, you’ll be happy to know that the two play so nicely together. We’re just a little disappointed that we are discovering this. However, now that we have the extension locked and loaded on our browser and we can appreciate how much more useful it makes Buffer.
- If you were familiar with the Chrome Extension, did you know that you could retweet directly from Twitter? Instead of logging in on Twitter and retweeting from there, you can do so directly from the Buffer browser extension.
We can’t say enough about Buffer and we are grateful that the tool allows us to get our clients’ most important information to the people that need to see it.
